To celebrate the Safety at Work Week, the Minister for Employment and Social Affairs, Patricia Francourt, accompanied by a delegation from her ministry visited the Seychelles Breweries Ltd (SBL) yesterday afternoon.

The staff of the Ministry of Lands and Housing has embarked on a series of productivity education programme facilitated by Marie Vonne Francis at the Productivity Unit in the department of employment which will run through several weeks.

Minister for Employment and Social Affairs Patricia Francourt yesterday officially launched the first meeting with the members of the National Commission for Child Protection (NCCP), whose appointments were effective as of September 15, 2021.

On Tuesday 5th of October 2021, we, three students from International School Seychelles (ISS) - Axel Albert, William Dyer and Emma Kinder were invited for a familiarization visit with the Minister of Employment and Social Affairs, Minister Francourt at her office at Independence House.It was an absolute honour seeing and making the acquaintance of the Minister, acknowledging what questions we should ask.

The 8th Seychelles-European Union Political Dialogue was held on Thursday 7th October 2021 at the Eden Blue Hotel, Mahe, Seychelles. The Political Dialogue is organized yearly under the Cotonou Partnership Agreement which promotes cooperation, trade and political dialogue between European Union and Small Island States.
